1. Application
It is suitable for testing the non-flammability of single plastic cable, control cable, cross-linking cable, elevator cable, marine cable and mine cable.
2. Standards
Comply with GB/T18380.11 - 2008, IEC60332-1-1 and IEC60332-1-2 standard requirements.
3. Performance parameters
(1) Combustion burner: 1 KW mixed combustion nozzle, blue flame height is 50 ~ 60 mm.
(2) The total height is 170 ~ 190 mm.
(3) Gas flow range: gas 100 ~ 1000 ml / min
(4) Combustion gas: purity of 95% propane gas or liquefied petroleum gas (customer self-supplied)

4. Instructions
(1) Burning time: the time for the torch to give the sample to the fire (the operator can set the time according to the need).
Note: Combustion time is controlled by time controller, which can be set to S (seconds), M (minutes) and H (hours) according to the requirement; if 00S01 is set to 0.01 seconds, 15S00 to 15 seconds, 10M00 to 10 minutes (refer to the time relay instruction), it can also be used to control combustion time manually.
(2) Delay time: the time of residual flame burning on the sample cable after the burner has stopped burning. The "delay time" is controlled by the "stop burning stop" button.
(3) Start: when doing the experiment, press the "start" button, and the torch will start the experiment.
(4) Delay stop: After the flame stops burning, the remaining flame on the sample cable will burn for a period of time and then end. "Delay Stop" determines "Delay Time". When the remaining flame on the sample cable stops burning, press the "Delay Stop" button, then the "Delay Time" table stops counting.
(5) Gas Pressure: This meter records the pressure of gas passing through. This meter is controlled by the adjusting knob of gas pressure gauge. This knob adjusts the size of the gas pressure (adjusted by national standard to 0.1Mpa, that is, 14.5PSI).
(6) Air Pressure: This meter records the pressure of air passing through. This meter is controlled by the adjusting knob of the air pressure gauge. This knob adjusts the size of the air pressure (adjusted by national standard to 0.1Mpa, that is, 14.5PSI).
(7) Manual: Mainly used in the beginning of the machine adjustment, according to the "manual" button adjustment, after the flame is adjusted, you can press the "automatic" test, in general, the company's engineers have been adjusted according to the standard, the operator can directly do the test, if necessary, do appropriate adjustment.
(8) Automatic: when the flame of the test machine is adjusted well, press the machine automatically when doing the test.
(9) Power supply: switch button.
(10) Reset: when the operator needs to re-test or stop, press "reset" button.
(11) Air flow rate: Record the flow rate through the air (according to the standard flow rate of 10L/min ± 0.5L/min), the operator can make appropriate adjustments according to needs.
(12) Gas flow: Record the flow rate of gas (according to the standard flow rate of 650 mL/min (± 30 mL/min), operators can make appropriate adjustments according to needs.
(13) Lighting: control light switch. (Note: the test must be closed).
(14) Smoke exhaust: control smoke exhaust fan switch. (Note: During the test must be closed, after the test, due to a large amount of smoke, must open the exhaust fan smoke exhaust for more than 3 minutes before opening the door operation.)
