1. Description
The bundle cable burning test machine is a product that our company has developed for more than ten years. It is made of double stainless steel. The whole machine consists of the following parts: test chamber, air source, steel ladder, emission purification system and ignition source.

Compliance with GB/T 18380.31-36 Part 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 Flame Vertical Propagation Test of Cables and Cables under Flame Conditions
3. Performance parameters
(1) Shape (overall space) size: 3200mm(long) * 2500mm(wide) * 4500mm(high).
(2) Air Source: The air inlet is equipped with a digital anemometer which can measure the air velocity.
(3) Air flow rate is (5000 ± 500) L / min.
(4) Steel ladder type: (500 ± 5) mm wide standard steel ladder, (800 ± 10) mm wide wide steel ladder.
(5) The size of the air inlet at the bottom of the combustion chamber is (800 ± 20) x (400 ± 10) (mm).
(6) The ignition source is composed of two belt type propane gas injection lamps, pressure reducing valve device, high temperature gas hose, flowmeter and Venturi mixer. The fire surface should be a flat metal plate drilled with 242 holes of 1.32 mm in diameter. The holes are arranged in three rows with the center distance of 3.2 mm. Each row is 81, 80 and 81, respectively, and distributed in the nominal size of 257 x 4.5 mm. In addition, a small number of holes are arranged on both sides of the flamethrower, which can maintain stable combustion of the flame. Each burner uses a rotator to control the flow rate of propane and air.
(7) Location of ignition source: Spray lamp is placed horizontally, away from the front surface of cable sample (75±5)mm. The burning point of the spray lamp is located in the center between the two transverse gears of the steel ladder and is at least 500 mm from the lower end of the specimen. The spray lamp is installed on the trolley.
(8) Combustion gas: propane with a purity of 95%. (user provided)
(9) Combustion supporting gas: compressed air.
(10) Air flow: 15~150L/min adjustable, equipped with pressure gauge and regulating valve.
(11) Propane flow rate: 1.5~15L/min (flowmeter is rotator flowmeter); equipped with pressure gauge and regulating valve.
(12) Power: AC380V, 50HZ; total power is 5K.
